RISE Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

1.1 Regulatory Disclosure (Singapore)

RISE is not licensed, approved, registered, or regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) under the Payment Services Act 2019 or the Securities and Futures Act 2001. Your Digital Assets are not protected by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Scheme. You are advised to read these Terms carefully and consult your own legal, tax, and financial advisors.

1.2 Binding Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and RISE [ RISE Pte. Ltd.] (a company incorporated in Singapore, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, “RISE”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the RISE website, mobile application (“App”), or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1.3 Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

“Digital Assets” means cryptographic tokens, stablecoins, and other blockchain-based assets.
“DeFi Protocols” means third-party smart contracts, protocols, bridges, oracles, or related systems not owned or controlled by RISE.
“Vaults/Strategies” means optional non-custodial features that facilitate your interaction with DeFi Protocols.
“Restricted Person” means any person/entity that is (i) located in or a citizen/resident of a prohibited jurisdiction, (ii) subject to sanctions, (iii) on any restricted list, or (iv) otherwise prohibited from using the Services by applicable law or Third-Party Providers.

1.4 Electronic Communications and Signatures

You consent to receive electronic communications. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to the use of electronic signatures and records.

1.5 Privacy Policy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of RISE Services

2.1 Eligibility and Compliance

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You represent and warrant that you are not a Restricted Person and that your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law (including sanctions, AML/CFT, and export controls). We may restrict or deny access based on geolocation, compliance checks, or Third-Party Provider requirements.
